Omnifocus not saving data

Hello,

First time writing a post here! I'm new to Macs and have a question:

I use Omnifocus every day at work. However, Omnifocus hasn't been saving my data. Instead it's showing me entries I've made from a week ago. Any idea what I can do to troubleshoot? If it helps, I'm using Lion. Thank you in advance!
