On 16.2 Transferring Phone Call to Mac Hangs Up

After updating to iOS 16.2 when transfering calls to the mac I can briefly hear the call coming from the mac and then it hangs up after 2-3 seconds. I updated MacOS to 13.1 and still have the same issue. Anyone else seen this?

Experiencing the same behaviour with a 14 Pro. Very awkward to have to explain why I hung up a workplace phone call.
