On 4.0 (Question about Installous and AppTrackr)

I am on an iPod Touch 2G (MB) and I just upgraded to iOS 4.0 from 3.1.2 and I can't seem to DL any apps on Installous or AppTrackr on my computer. Does anyone have the same problem? I could use both just a few days ago on 3.1.2, but I can't now. Can anyone give me some advice, please help.

P.S. Does anyone know a good Movie DL ing app on Cydia because I use to use Mobile Theatre on 3.1.2 but it doesn't work on 4.0 for me. .

I do buy apps, but first I like to try them to see if it is good enough to buy.
