On 4.3.3 bb 4.11.08 - Can I downgrade?

I'm on 4.3.3 on my iP4 but I'm on baseband 4.11.08. I'd like to downgrade to 4.10.01.

Is this still possible?

No. You cannot downgrade an iPhone 4 baseband unless Apple is still signing the corresponding firmware.
