On 5s, no more 'swipe to unlock'

With 7.0.3 comes the retirement of the venerable 'swipe to unlock' on iPhone 5s (well, almost—fail to unlock via Touch ID and it will appear, eventually)

The delay only occurs when touch ID is on.
