So what do I need to do to restore to 4.3.3 since Apple no longer sign that firmware?

I have a need for a particular jailbreak application, so would like to roll back to 4.3.3 (I also have 4.3.2 blobs saved). I've tried looking up Google for a tutorial and it's hardly crystal clear.

I also remember that when you use Tiny Umbrella, it does something to your host file on the Mac that you need to delete a line in to allow future updates in iTunes to go through properly?

Simple, you take your 4.3.3 SHSH and use tinyumbrella to downgrade. Or you restore with an pwnagetool created 4.3.3 firmware.
