Had an iPhone 4. Sold it before the 4S announcement.

Been using a 3GS since. I also have an iPad 2. The 4S isn't gonna feel that new to me.

It would be higher but the phone doesn't look like a mini ipad2.
It would be lower but I'm upgrading from a 3G.
 
About a 5. I'm upgrading from a 3GS. I'd be more excited if my phone was arriving tomorrow, and if I had OS X Lion. I've loved my 3GS for 2 years, but I'm slightly worried the 4S is going to become a little stale for me. I hope I'm wrong.
 
Probably about a 6.

Upgrading from an iPhone 4 so it's not that big of an upgrade, aside from Siri, using the phone will feel about the same I imagine.
