iPhone 11 Pro on AT&T Next used apple to order, no instructions to return

Seeing if anyone else has seen this,

on ATT Next, used Apple Store app to trade in just like last few years

Got new phone on launch day, never received documentation to return old phone

also weird, the SIM card that came in the new phone didn't activate, I had to take old one in

On phone with Apple support and she seems as clueless a I do

Att sent me an email. You have to print the shipping label and the agreement. And the return date was set for the 28th I believe. Go look through your emails. It came soon after preordering

just to add, my at&t emails always go to my junk folder, so check there.

thats what I am afraid of! I never got any emails from AT&T, I looked in SPAM and nothing.

I got an email from Apple with the shipping label for AT&T. The email was not from AT&T.
