iOS On-deivce debugging problem

Hi all.

I am trying some on-device debugging..
Everthin is working fine for the first debug-install

If i am stopping the process and start debug, it will show "APP FLIGHT EXCEPTION"....

So i want to uninstall the old app in device..then do the debug.. then it will work...

Whats wrong with it?

Earlier it was working....
