"on my mac" mail folder moved...

Please help, some how I moved my "on my mac" folder and no longer have the ability to hide all my personal folders. It is still listed in my Junk mail with the waste basket. I tried drag and drop but it won't work. I know this is prob Simple but i am a novice.
