On My Mac missing

Maybe a silly question but its driving me nuts!

I have an iMac and in calendar I have an 'On My Mac' account where all my calendars are located.
On my wife's iMac all she has is an iCloud account but cannot access the 'On My Mac' account.

The question is how does she get her 'On My Mac' account back please? Currently running Mavericks.
