On PB but with beta profile now missing

I am on the latest public beta for MacOS. I reinstalled the OS a number of times due to problems with iCloud. Now I notice that for some reason (maybe I did something) I am no longer enrolled for the beta program: software update under settings no longer says that my Mac is enrolled. I then tried to reinstall the profile via the normal process but the installation always fails. What can I do?

I am hoping for a new PB to fix the iCloud issues but I afraid I will not be able to install it.
