iPhone "On This iPhone" Music Dragging

Hey guys I am pretty sure many of you use this feature you just drag the song from "On This iPhone" section from your computer to the iPhone or iPad or w.e you use.

I had to format my computer and since that time on fresh OS I am unable to just drag and drop my songs.

how do I fix this?
it was just fine before , I know I could sync with my library from Itunes but I don't want to have it do it that way , I just want to add manually each songs.

4 months and no answer , anyone has a fix for this? I haven't used it for very long and issue is still there.

This is a nice feature because if I ever loose the mp3 I won't have to lose my library.

Did you reauthorize your computer through iTunes?

I think he means dragging files from a Windows Explorer window (or a Finder window if it was a mac..) but honestly his post isn't really clear.. If that is what he is asking about.. then I can't help him, because I've never done that. I manually manage all my iDevices, but I just drag what I want from my iTunes Library..
