Never heard of that one. I would check out the Affinity suite of apps. They are comparable to Adobe CC without the subscription. Affinity has 3 apps, Photo (Photoshop), Designer (Illustrator) and Publisher (Indesign). Pricing is really good for what you get, they are powerful apps, though they have no AI and I would not expect them to. They have sales come up now and then where you can buy all 3 for a little more then the price of 1 months subscription from Adobe. https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/?srsltid=AfmBOor7KrmvBW5lmZ2DXT3De3C9RqKXvpgk37pmqUkxzYT75Ou2ZqNz

I use ON1 Photo RAW 2025. To be honest, it's more experimenting than serious work. On a M3 macOS 14.x it has some problems accessing the file system, even though access is granted in macOS System Preferences. Once I tried the dust and scratch removal on a high resolution scan of an old photograph. It had much visible grain and the filter didn't even find the real dust and scratches. I also tried to create missing edges of an image with some AI brush function, but then I decided to paint it manually. However, from time to time I buy a new version just to check out, if the software gets better.
For me, there is not a real alternative to Adobe apps. I still work with Adobe CS6, then I use Affinity apps, like @wonderings suggested. I also like DxO apps, especially the DxO ViewPoint app combined with DxO PhotoLab. There are some drawbacks there, too. One of the most underwhelming thing with DxO is, that it won't even open iPhone's Apple ProRAW files, but on 'real' RAW files, DxO is a pleasure to work with.
