Once you restore from backup how do you setup new device?

How can I setup my phone up as new device if I've already installed iOS5 and restored from backup?

Does iTunes restore try to restore ios4?

Just click restore in iTunes and point it do a downloaded ipsw of 4.3.3.

I don't want to restore to 4.3.3 I want it to set it up as a new device on iOS5 beta.

Repeat the same process you used to install the beta originally, minus the restore from backup part.

Yes, you will need to restore it again.
And this time select setup as new phone. Dont restore from backup.
