I get messages and files from different clients that are all over the place. Messaging via email, text, website messaging. Documents via email attachment, google drive link, dropbox etc.
I have a CRM (nimble) and that MIGHT be the solution to my question but wanted to see if there were any apps that can essentially consolidate client's information on projects so that I could, for instance, look up any client and see not only what they said but HOW they said it (text? email?). Or quickly go to a client and find that file they sent (whether embedded in the app or a link to it).
Is there such an app to accomplish this?
