One Drive files opened in Numbers

Hi all

When I open one of my spreadsheets in Numbers that is stored on OneDrive, the file that opens is a much older version of the actual file. When I open the file from the OneDrive app, it’s the current, correct version.

Why is the version in Numbers an older version of the file and how do I open the latest?
