One finger Draggin Problem

Well, i have a penryn mbp, and for the past 2 days the one finger dragging suddenly stops working and i can't get it to work again until i restar the computer... did anyone had the same problem?? or something similar?
 
Anyone??, I know I know is new mbp time... but I'll appreciate the help cuz it just happened agan right now and is annoying
