Macbook Pro is main Mac with iTunes account and iPhone account stored on there. What should I do with the Air iTunes, just leave it accountless?

So if I bought a song on my Macbook Air would it then be downloaded to my Macbook Pro as it would be one of the purchases on my account?

You'd have to put it on each computer separately.
