One Last AT&T Plan question

Okay, so I thought I had it straight, but after going to the AT&T Store today, I'm just as confused as ever. For Family Talk plans... buying 2 iPhone 3Gs tomorrow at the lowest plan will be $129.99. That includes unlimited data for BOTH iPhones, correct? Then, with unlimited text, it would be about $159.99 before taxes, right?
