One Last Question --> Apps on Startup

Hey guys, sorry for the three threads right away; I should have put them all in one, but I keep finding new issues!

Anyways, what's the best way to make an app (specifically, Stickies) automatically start when I bootup?

System Preferences -> Accounts -> Login Items -> +

When you click the plus sign you will be able to choose what you want to startup.
