Here it is. If i buy MBP, i'll sell my PC at home. But will keep the monitor. So there will be only MBP at home. I don't play games...I'm a graphics designer.
Can i do with only a laptop?
I'm just curious, but do they have the 15" or 17" model? That's what I'm trying to decide on.I know quite a few graphic designers who use macbook pros as their primary computers. Go for it!

I have checked them both out at the store and I really like the 17" w/ 1920x1200 resolution, but I don't think its worth the $800 dollar difference since I could get a 15" and lcd setup.I think you should go to the store and see both in person for yourself...
Also weigh out factors such as portability and screen real-estate....

i'm a graphic designer, I WILL be buying a Macbook pro this semester, I am waiting ONE MORE... 1 MORE, Tuesday. If they don't come out with the Penryns, I am buying it the weekend after it doesn't update.
You'll just have to accept that the updates may well happen within the 14 day return policy - but of course, that's your your own choice to make (or a few hundred down the drain for a restocking fee). I have to ask though: if you were able to make it ONE MORE tuesday, why not just ONE MORE again? and then again? and then again? I feel your pain.... see sig...
