After weeks of thinking, I have decided on a Macbook. I'm going to buy it any minute off of the refurbished store and I can't decide between the $949 one with a 2.16ghz. processor or the $999 one with the 2.2ghz. processor. I will be using this computer for nothing more than editing video in iMovie. Words cant even explain how excited i am right now.:D

If you're editing video, go for the one with the SuperDrive. If both have a SuperDrive, go with the better processor.

If neither have a SuperDrive, don't go with either.

Unless you already have an external DVD burner.

I would go with 2.2 too. I think the 2.16 is the last model before the santa rosa chipset so the macbooks with 2.16 ghz processors will recognize 4GB of ram as 3.3 whereas the 2.2 ghz macbook will utilize all 4GB. This may be important to you if you're going to be doing video editing.

For the price your already going to pay, i would go for the high processor. like the post before me, 50 isnt much if your already laying down a grand.
