When an AT&T Employee or Apple Employee that works in a retail store acts like they know when future products are coming out... Have a good friend that is a new trainee at AT&T and she claims to have been told when the next iPhone is coming out... but had to keep it on under wraps.

Anyways, ok vented! Anyone else have this same pet peeve?

This does not make any sense.

Employees are supposed to be kept in the loop for future products so they can receive proper training/answer any questions a customer may have on this new product upon release of the product.

Never had that happen to me. It would actually be a breath of fresh air if an employee told me when an apple product will come out or even claim they know SOMETHING because they claim they never know anything until the day it comes out. But perhaps they're trained to say that because apple tries to keep everything under wraps before the big reveal. blechh...
