One Shared Album Won't Load on ATV

I have several shared albums in iCloud/Photos. Everything works great except 1 specific album stopped loaded in AppleTV. The problem album loads fine on my MacBook, iPhone, and iPad, but on the AppleTV, it shows the album as existing but all photos are the generic white image with cloud, as if it hasn't yet downloaded the pics/can't download.

This album has been working great for years (is not a new one), and the issue just started to occur in the last couple months or so.

I've logged out of iCloud/iTunes on the ATV, rebooted, then logged back in, rebooted, etc, with no changes.

Any ideas?
