iPhone One Thing Apple Maps Needs

I decided to give Apple Maps another go after buying the 11 pro max and using iOS 13. One major feature that Apple maps could use is the user being able to add their own destination for a stop before the final destination. It’s nice that they have a breakfast selection but what if I want to get it elsewhere from Dunkin donuts? What if I want to stop at a friends house before heading home. Is this an important feature to anyone else?
