One touch call/text/email w/o jailbreak?

Pretty simple. Is there a way to do this? I could put up with the other annoyances with the iPhone if I could get this. I can't find any information on doing it without a jailbreak.

You can try the app 'Launch', not exactly one touch but the best alternative to jb.

That sucks. Not a big Siri fan. Oh well. Maybe next year with iOS 8.
