"Ongoing Device Setup" + "Optimizing Library" on iPhone 17 pro max

Hi, Did anyone experience " Ongoing Device Setup" + "Optimizing Library" on iPhone 17 pro max? Usually it take how long to finish both of this? And if i want to restore backup from iTunes, is it going to be the same, getting the same " Ongoing Device Setup" + "Optimizing Library"?

My people album in photos has been stuck for weeks on my 17PM, only tagging pictures I took on my device (ignoring any pictures submitted by wife into our shared library).

I reported it in the feedback app.

Hmmm, so i guess i'm not the only one with this issue? Will apple reply you back? Cause they really need to fix this issue..
