Maintenance is in Default configuration.

I set the Widgets up and they are working. I can reboot and they will stay. If I run ONYX “Tasks" (in default config.) after Onyx reboot the widgets disappear and I have to select and configure them again.

Why are you running Onyx's cleaning tasks? I would only ever dream of using them if I had a particular issue which they would solve.

Why would the widgets being used be stored in cache? I also have the same issue. This is new to Big Sur, did not happen on Catalina
I have the same issue as the OP. My machine is a base M1 MBA running the latest Big Sur. After cleaning the machine with Onyx, all the widgets are gone! I have a habit of cleaning the internet cache and other such stuff with Onyx, and have used the app for years without an issue. Is there a solution for this? I'd like to keep using Onyx, but also would like to have my widgets.

I have not been able to figure out which cache that is being cleared is responsible for wiping out the widgets yet unfortunately, so for the time being I have stopped using it

Thanks, I’ll get the update tonight.
Well, still not working even after deleting and reinstalling (run in Onyx default settings). Have reinstalled the latest Big Sur version (beta). Just half to keep trying what I don't know. Thanks.

3.9.3 still deletes the widgets. Hope the dev will sort this out in the future releases.
