Online Chat Programs via Office Computer

I've been trying to find out how to access google talk/msn/aim on my office computer that has those main websites blocked including meebo.com

Anybody else have any good suggestions that will allow me to bypass and is pretty secure?

Corporate security policies are in place for a reason. Concentrate on your work and you won't need chat programs.

And if you do manage to find a way around the corporate security policies and the company finds out about it you will be out the door fast. When we're in the middle of a recession it's not a bright idea to do something to risk your job for.
