Online/Desktop Calander sync?

I'm not sure exactley where to post this.. but this is what i wanna do.
i have a recording studio, and what i would like to do is have a program (could be ical) calander, to where when i put up apointments in my calander program it automaticley uploads to my website so people know when i'm free and when i'm not. i know they have something like that for google on windows.

i know ical is capeable of doing this but i do not have a .mac account.

so what are my choices or alternatives? preferbly free of course.

to publish your ical-calender without .mac you need webspace with ftp-access. you have to set up your ical-publishing-settings like this:
