Online form that has PayPal integration

Hi guys, I wonder if you could help.

I'm trying to streamline my client ordering process by sending them to a single web page that has a form which they will need to fill in, and then at the bottom they can pass all that information to me and make a payment via PayPal.

I don't know where to begin to do this, so I ask if anyone here knows how to do this? I am not a coder by any means but I do know basic HTML.

Seems like easiest method would be to integrate the paypal links that they provide ala ebay as an example.
