Online games to play that have voice communication?

hey guys i'm looking for a cheap/free game that has voice communication. i really enjoy CS:S, but i'm just terrible at it.

counter strike is an awesome game, i enjoyed a lot playing with all my friends in online. But you can play a lot of free online games that can enjoy a lot
