Online order time - 5S - UK

Hi

Can't seem to find a time that we will be able to order online.

Few places I've read say 8am, others (I called the local Apple store) say 9am. But she wasn't sure either.

Anyone know? :apple:
 
00:01 BST ... there are a bunch of threads on here with the same question already.
 
It's 12:01 BST (British Summer Time) so be prepared to stay up late, and unless i'm mistaken thats tomorrow night/early hours Friday morning
 
Go to apple store UK, solve my problem in there. I live in aus and had the same question..

At apple store.au theres the pre order for 5C and 5s "Order your iPhone 5s beginning 20 September. From A$ 869."

So I supposed about 12.01 the 20th!
 
Whoa, I had read that as 1 minute past Midday originally !!

Staying up late tonight it is then. Really need to decide which color to get - no idea yet :eek:

I wouldn't bother staying up late tonight ... it's only Wednesday.

Start the CMD+R at 11:57pm tomorrow night then :D :apple:


Think I'm going to go for gold, as reports say it looks nicer in the flesh, and will also be nice to have something differently looking for 12 months.

Yeah, I'm also thinking about a change. I've always had a black iPhone but I think I'm going to try and get myself a white 5s on Friday. I think they look great, especially with the silver ring around the home button.

Yeah, I've got the black 32gb 5, missus white 5 16gb, I prefer the white/silver over black, but I think the gold ring looks quite nice.

It would be a long wait :rolleyes: lol. As for tomorrow, I'm also going for gold 32GB version. I will be putting computer on and refreshing the page regularly once 12am hits. Also using Express checkout will probably help.

Every little helps :rolleyes: I'm not sure if its just being over cautious, I'm not sure if the Apple site is set up to be able to handle large numbers of orders but its better to be safe than sorry :eek: as long as my order is in the first batch I'm not too bothered. I just want to receive my new iPhone 5S before going back to university on the 30th. Anything earlier would be a bonus :) and from what I heard about last year with the 5, the site crashed :eek:
 
Do you guys think you'll be able to pre-order at midnight to collect the day after? I know they've done this in the past. I finally have an Apple Store in my city so it'd be great to order at midnight and grab it the next day with an appointment.

It has been said elsewhere that online purchases can only be delivered - no store pick-up option initially. Once stocks are at a good level this will be offered.
 
ROFL I am actually up late trying to order and realised its tomorrow night !! Arghh I am a dufus
 
You can buy the iPhone 5S on September 20 from 8am.

where is everyone getting 12 am for

not happening in the uk
