I am currently doing work for a large non-profit organization and we desperately need a way to manage and tag our photos online. Currently we are using flickr, but after being in contact with their PR department we have found that we cannot have multiple users using the same flickr account as it is a violation of their terms of service.
Requirements:
- needs to allow at least 5 individuals to be able to access and add photos to and online collection
- these photos should not be public
- it needs to be easy and fast to add photos to the account
- ideally it should be as easy as flickr to use
We're looking for something like flickr but with a multi-user option. Is there anything like this out there? I've looked at a number of options now, but most seem quite expensive to subscribe to. Have you guys got any ideas or had any experience with other photo management suites?
