At 8am, I went to the reserve online option and they actually have the phone I wanted in stock. 6s+ 128gb space gray.... I'm actually shocked a bit, I wasn't expecting that since the carriers were telling me 20-30 days out.

Actually, the Apple Stores had gold, silver and space gray in stock in that particular model.

Check-in time is 11:00 - 11:30. I guess being there around 10:50 is a good idea, or sooner? I've never done this before so I don't know what to expect but I'm assuming it'll be fairly painless.

I wonder if the state doesn't show up at all, that means there's literally no stock at any of the stores?

It looks like the states are showing up at 8AM local time. It appears the back-end of the website is fully up though and you can check the stock before 8AM local time on iStockNow.com. Just filter out the phone you want and then find your store and you can see what they will have when reservations open at 8AM local.

For giggles, I went back in afterwards to watch the stock through the reservation system... they ALL went out within 15 minutes. I have a feeling the line is going to suck at the Apple Store this morning.

i cant find my state in resereve...
I think it's just the eastern time zones that appear. I'm in the Central Time Zone and NONE of the Central Time Zone states appear yet, Will have to check back 20 minute later for me.

I wonder if 6s+ stock will continue to be very low.
I guess I'll have to find out in 5 minutes (7:55 am here) to see if there is any 6S+ in stock at my local apple store. and if there is one, I'll go ahead and reserve one.

I was surprised to when I went in at 8am expecting nothing and got a reservation for the silver 64gb 6s plus at 11am today.

So much for waiting three weeks!

It's just 6AM here. I want to trade my 6S to a 6S+. I don't care what color I just want to get the 64GB model.

My chances are so slim as nobody is returning their phones.

Exactly, After not getting my preorder, I figured I'd be relegated to waiting until sometime in October, Apple comes through again!

Just out of curiosity, were there any earlier time slots to choose like 8 am? 10 am?
I think the earliest was 10am. I figured I'd go for 11am so all the people who just turned up on the off chance would be told there weren't any and the line would have died down.

I'm still in a state of shock that this worked out. This is the first time I didn't get something on day one (was in Vegas on pre order night. Nuff said). Getting on day two doesn't feel too bad either!

Reservation system seems to be down again right now.

You're right. I was just able to reserve a 128GB 6s+ in Rose Gold at West Towne in Madison.

Oh wow, you are in Madison too?

I hope I reserved the AT&T model but it doesn't say in my e-mail, all it says is iPhone 6S+ Space Gray (GSM), I hope I reserved the right one.

Try doing another reservation to be sure.
