So I reserved this online and got the following confirmation via email. This means I'm guaranteed to get one on the specified date and time correct?

I read a thread that an in-store reservation is basically first come first serve and not really a reservation at all..

Online reservation is guaranteed, correct?

There are a few posters spouting nonsense about it being a free for all and being able to show up hours before your reservation and they will take you right in. Just ignore them. They have no idea what their talking about. Your reservation means exactly that. A phone is reserved for you at the exact time specified.
