Does anyone know of a good resource online for iTunes playlists that can be downloaded and imported into iTunes?

I don't mean that I want to download music illegally or anything like that, but rather just the playlist file. As many of you probably know, you can right click on any playlist in iTunes and choose the to export any given playlist in a handful of different formats.

You can import playlists that someone shares with you and if any tracks in your library match up with a track listed in the playlist, then that song will be added to a new playlist entry. Any tracks that you don't have simply won't be added.

The closest thing I have found is something like http://www.nutsie.com/top100sradio, but I can't be sure that this site allows you to download/export the playlists it catalogs...

Anyone have any suggestions?
