Online return question: How long does it take to get pre-paid labels?

In the past, I would have to call in for return labels but for my current return it appears that you get them via website automatically. Still nothing in my inbox though, anyone have experience with this?

It shouldn't take long at all. It should be in your inbox. Have you checked the spam folder?

I had to call back for mine. Second call did the trick sent to my Email address
