Online Storage

What's the best? I'm looking for online storage and will use 100-500gb stored online at a time.

Ideally I'm looking for something as swift and simple as a USB drive, but online.

It has to be a storage not a back up service. With fast file access and upload/download times ...

I need a 'good' service more than a cheap service.

Any recommendations?

The ones that come to mind are:
-iDrive
-Jungle Drive
-xDrive
-skydrive

They have their disadvantages and restrictions, has anyone found something better?

You will be limited to the speed of your internet connection for this; this may not be as fast as a USB drive. Plus congestion on the net can slow you down even more. You will never get an online connection that's as fast as a local connection.
