I want to get the 15" Hi-Res MBP, but It's currently not in stock.

MacMall seems to be shipping internationally and they also offer customization, including hi-res displays.

I've just been informed by MacMall's customer service that there is no international shipping for Apple products.
I can only assume that the same thing goes for B&H, or any other store for that matter.

IIRC these guys used to...service from them is A+ and they are authorized retailers for almost every product they sell or have agreements with the maker to authorize/validate the warranty
