I need to set up a collaborative groupware-like system, and one of the requirements given to me is live, real-time editing for all participants à la SubEthaEdit. We'd just use SubEthaEdit itself, but sadly two of our members are still Windows users, so we're looking for an online system. I haven't had much luck finding anything that does live editing for all participants. Is there anything out there that fulfils this? Thanks!

I believe that Google's online office suite has this facility, but I haven't tried it myself.

It does, but the edits aren't synchronous. If someone else types something in an open document, in order for me to see it on my copy of the open document, both of us have to manually save the document (or wait 60 seconds for it to happen automatically). Sadly, this isn't good enough. We need to be able to see the changes right as they're typed.
