When you swipe up to bring the Control Center up it doesn't default back to the 1st panel and instead remains on the last panel you were viewing. This makes it take longer to quickly turn off Wi-Fi or access the flashlight. The only situation I can see having the Control Center return to a previous panel would be if audio was actively playing then taking you to the playback panel would make sense, but remaining on the HomeKit panel is pointless.
