only 8 cores / processors for Windows and Linux in Parllels on the MacStudio Ultra

Is there a known solution for the limitation of Paralls-VM on the Mac Studio ultra ?
It is not possible to attach more than 8 cores / processors to the virtual machine (Windows 11 or Linux).
For the Monterey-VM we can edit a “config.ini” file but this is not successful using the “config.pvs” file inside the Windows/Linux-VM.

I have tested Parallels Pro 17 and Windows 11 (Max) on my Mac Studio and there are only 8 cores available. As far as I can see the GPU results from Novabench and Passmark are disappointing since the 3D GPU is not fully supported.
