I am getting about 30-40mb/s transfer speeds via USB C cables on my macbook 2015. Not sure why this is happening and speeds would increase if i reset smc/pram.
But now I am getting these slow speeds when transferring data from a Sony 300mb/s card via USB 3 cable. I am also getting the same via USB C-USB C cable to external Samsung EVO 860 SSD. I just got a
USB-IF Certified Cable Matters 10 Gbps Gen 2 USB C to USB C Cable and that did not help. The computer also stakks as images are being imported.
I tested internal disk speed with Blackmagic app and its about 200-300mb/second.
