If the only new think in the new MacBook Pro's is the processor, what about the high pitched keyboard, battery life or other issues, do you think it will be the same?

Apple, like most manufactures, continually makes improvements in their manufacturing processes. No doubt over time this leads to changes in manufacturing operations and quality.
