Only REMOVES songs when syncing..

Hey my itunes is only removing songs as I untick them when I sync them.
Any songs I have added to my music library do not sync.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this?

Maybe I'm not understanding your question, but itunes is supposed to remove the songs that you untick. If you are adding songs, you didn't say whether you are trying to add songs to a playlist or just to the "songs" list on your phone.

What James said. If you uncheck the song, it will remove it from your phone
