Only seeing "vote up". "vote down" is missing.

As of today, I have noticed that the "vote down" button is missing from the forums for me (on Win7 32 running Chrome). I don't make huge use of the vote buttons, but I do find it odd that one of them seems to be missing for me, especially given that there still seem to be posts getting voted down, which would suggest I'm in a minority with this. I'm just not sure why it's missing.

Is this only happening for me, or is anybody else experiencing this?

Ahhh, thank you! I guess it must be a very recent change, as there are posts less than 90 minutes old with negative scores in the discussion of the latest news article, which is what was confusing me. Glad to know it isn't a technical problem at my end
