Onyx closes firefox, then firefox won't resume session.

I'm a little peeved right now because Firefox's resume feature won't work.

I was running Onyx and I forgot to close and save firefox. Onyx forced firefox to close without asking me to save session. When I restarted Firefox, I couldn't restore the session.

My question is, how do I restore my session? How do I prevent this kind of "force close without saving session" deal?

Yes, that can solve my problem with ONYX, but the main problem is the fact that firefox's session storing feature is flawed.

I'm asking for a way to always be able to save my session and restore it anytime, whether it's a crash, force quit, external program closing, or manual quitting.

I'm already giving up on restoring my lost session, since firefox seems to have already removed all traces of it.
