I'm a student in college and I use my computer pretty much all day. I'm wondering if I should use the program OnyX to clear my caches and clean pretty much everything. (Current config. set to clean all options) Should I do this? If so, how often?

EDIT: Currently running and cleaning once per month.

OS X clears the caches frequently so there is no need to do it manually. OnyX is a handy tool but not necessary. I run it like once a month
